Practical
The holiday home can be rented out for up to 10 people. It is also possible to rent only the ground floor (up to 4 people) or only the upper floors (6 people).
Arrivals: between 16 and 19 p.m. (by appointment)
Departures: between 8 and 10 a.m (by appointment)
Pets: NOT allowed
Smoking: Only on the terrace and in the garden. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the house.
Specials: On request. (e.g. 1 night or longer periods)
Rental rates
Reservation costs, end cleaning, heating, electricity, water, tourist taxes, towels and bedding are included in the rent. Reasonable use of energy is also included. Excessive use will be charged. The owner reserves the right to change rental prices at any time, except for reservations that have already been confirmed.
Deposit
The security deposit amounts to € 200, to be paid upon payment of the rental fee. The security deposit will cover costs arising from damages caused by the tenant or by a third person. The deposit, minus any costs, will be refunded to your account within 14 days after the tenant’s departure.
Conditions of payment
50% upon reservation and 50% fifteen days before arrival at the latest
